Cathal and Clodagh

This is of the two characters Cathal and Clodagh (and little Becan) from Juliet Marillier's new book The Heir to Sevenwaters. I love her books and I find it is good practice to draw her characters. I am not super happy how this came out, the sketch I did on paper was better, I am not happy how Cathal's face turned out, not sure what I lost from pencil to digital, but it was something. Also I can not for the life of me draw celtic art, if I could, I would have done something cool with the tattoo...
